Few month’s ago I believe that being honest, kind to other, and spirit to help the other is enough. But now, after I working at the biggest company own state eveything is seems different. Honest people is not enough, we have to compete with the other, you need more than just honest.
What is that?
That is passion, desire, speed, hardwork and persistent.
In this company, you will be compare with the other. If you want to grow fast, you want to shining, you have to show your passion, desire, speed, hardwork and persistent.
I’am kind of ordinary people that love my live, I love to live my life in a good way, balance life. After working in this company after 5 month, I can see what value in my friend. Which one that have career orientation, competition motivation. And I’am not one of them, I still live my life like I should.
Is they are wrong?
Absolutely no! I believe people like them is needed. This country and my company need them. What it will be this country without them? This country will not develop. So I decided to be more ambitious, without leaving my honesty.
